The Board of Governors establishes the school’s strategic direction and ensures that its vision and goals are realized. The dedicated individuals who serve on the Board are business and community leaders – including parents, past parents and alumnae – who generously donate their time and expertise to secure The Study’s ongoing success and financial wellbeing.
The Board of Governors works in close partnership with Head of School, Mary Liistro Hebert and is comprised of nine voting members, in addition to a limited number of adjunct and/or advisory members. It operates under the authority of Board by-laws and holds regular monthly meetings during the academic year, including an Annual General Meeting in October.
