How to get involved

Reunite And Reconnect

There are many ways you can reconnect with The Study and contribute to the ongoing life of the school.  If you would like to get involved in any of the following activities, please get in touch with us at alumnae@thestudy.qc.ca.

What’s new?

Let us know what you are up to.  Have you moved?… Do you have a new job?… Did you get married?  Share your news (and photos!), which will appear in the “Alumnae News” section of an upcoming issue of the Trillium magazine.

Stay e-connected

Sign up on the Alumnae Directory.  It’s a great way to keep in touch with classmates via e-mail.

Spread the news!

Study alumnae are sometimes shy about “tooting their own horn”; so if you hear something exciting about a Study friend or classmate, please let us know so that we can pass on the news.

Plan a get-together

If you’d like to organize a class get-together, we’ll help you track down your classmates.  And if the gathering is in Montreal, make sure to let us know if you’d like to come and tour the school.

Attend the reunion

The annual spring reunion is a happy gathering of alumnae from all graduating years.  If you’d like to help organize something special for your class at reunion time, please let us know and we’ll help with arrangements .

Honour a fellow alumna

Do you know a Study alumna who has pursued excellence and achieved success in her chosen field?  If so, please get in touch with us so that we can honour her.  The Judy Elder Alumna Award is presented annually to an alumna to recognize outstanding dedication and achievement in her life’s work.  The school has also created a Sports Hall of Fame, to recognize alumnae who demonstrate passion and determination to achieve excellence in their chosen sport.

You be the judge

Serving as a judge at one of the school’s public speaking or poetry speaking competitions is a wonderful opportunity to see the school in action and witness how poised and talented the students are.

Offer career guidance

You can help students decide what career path they could follow.  Come and speak to students about the ins and outs of your profession at the school’s annual Career Day or offer to have a student spend a day at your workplace during Career Shadowing Day.
