Thank You Letters
Every donation to The Study is acknowledged with a personally signed thank you letter, which is sent with the official tax receipt. This simple gesture is carried out in a timely manner as the first means for the School to recognize the value we place on each and every gift, and offers a reminder of the true beneficiaries of your support – our girls.

The top four clubs form the Trillium Circle, which acknowledges a dedicated group of donors who make annual gifts of $1,000 or more. Becoming a member of The Trillium Circle is a wonderful demonstration of leadership and generosity. Members are celebrated at the annual Trillium Circle Reception, held in the spring, while all donors to The Study are recognized in a special section of the Annual Report.
Donor Bill of Rights
The Study’s Advancement & Alumnae Relations Office is proud to adhere to the strictest guidelines that exist to protect and respect all donors – the Donor Bill Of Rights. This text was developed by the American Association of Fund-Raising Counsel (AAFRC), Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), and adopted in November 1993.
