After-School Programme
The Study supports its Elementary School families (Kindergarten to Grade 6) by offering an enriching and bilingual After School Programme which balance homework assistance, creative activities, extracurricular activities and PED day fieldtrips.
AFTER-SCHOOL & HOMEWORK CLUB
Throughout the year, Study families can register their daughter(s) from one to five days a week. The Programme is offered at the end of every school day until 6 pm. Following the school programme, completing homework and instilling positive study habits are the main objectives of the Homework Club. The Homework Club operates Monday through Thursday. Students in grades 1 to 6 are allocated up to one hour per day for homework assistance provided by bilingual educators. In addition, ASP offers “Fun Fridays”, which are free of homework and consist of fun in-house activities. The ASP registration form is available online on the Parent Portal.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The After School Programme partners with Educ-Action to offer elementary school students extracurricular activities. Educ-Action offers a series of fun and enriched activities. These popular 60-minute activities run for six to ten week sessions and are led by specially trained bilingual animators.
PED DAY & EARLY DISMISSAL DAY FIELDTRIPS & ACTIVITIES
The After School Programme offers exciting activities and field trips for all PED days and early dismissals during the school year. Each PED day includes either an off-site outing or an on-site workshop and/or activity. All of the themes, games, workshops, activities and outings are age-appropriate, and have been designed to ensure that students have an engaging and worthwhile experience. While participating in creative projects, physical activities and a variety of field trips, Study girls will not only learn but will also have FUN!
