The Study’s first ever Speaker Series wraps up

The Study's Speaker Series was a resounding success, drawing in attendees from across The Study community. Each presentation featured a prominent speaker who shared their unique perspectives on a variety of topics and inspired students, staff, and all other attendees.

This year, we were honoured to welcome Sheila Watt-Cloutier, Dr. Lucie Opatrny ‘91, Sabrina Daoud ‘20, Indu Krishnamurthy, and Stephanie Mouchbahani-Constance ‘13. They drew on their own experiences to share valuable advice and guidance to the students.

From discussing the latest trends in business and finance, exploring issues of social justice and activism, or even how some of their experiences at The Study came into play later in their lives, the speakers covered a wide range of topics that were of interest to our students.

After each presentation, students took part in school-wide activities that were linked to the topics and sparked debate, curiosity, and inspiration that could carry them throughout the school year. Each presentation was a great example of how The Study empowers young women to find their passions and change the world.

Overall, The Study's Speaker Series event was a wonderful opportunity for people to come together, learn from one another, and gain valuable insights. Whether you were interested in business, activism, or simply connecting with like-minded individuals, the series truly had something for everyone.
