Welcoming our new Head of School, Kim McInnes

The Study is excited to welcome Ms. Kim McInnes, our new high-energy leader! Her first week as our ninth Head of School was a delightfully busy one as many members of The Study community stopped by to visit.

With over thirty years of experience in education and in business, Ms. McInnes is well prepared to lead The Study into its bright future. She studied at the University of Toronto and in France earning her B.A. and B.Ed., and then went on to earn an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. She continues to demonstrate her commitment to lifelong learning through professional development in topics such as Mindfulness, Mental Health First Aid and the Reggio Emilia philosophy of education. For the past thirteen years, she has undertaken leadership roles in both public and independent schools, including Director of the Elementary School here at The Study from 2016-2018.
