The Study’s Physical Education and Athletic programme fosters a culture of fitness and wellness to help develop mind and body as well as cultivate participation, spirit and fun!
 
The programme promotes a lifelong concern for health and fitness as well as developing a lasting appreciation for physical activity. The Study recognizes that physical activity is an integral part of the total educational experience contributing to, and enhancing, the quality of school life at The Study!

Athletics Department

The inclusive nature and small size of our school community enables every student to increase wellness and self-esteem by participating fully in an array of sports, special interest groups and activities that appeal to them. All Study girls have the opportunity to choose a vibrant, healthy and fun lifestyle, with the assistance of the Athletics department.
